SWAY is an ephemeral immersive environment that uses different media to engage our senses. With its ashen trees, mirrored walls and accompanying soundscape, SWAY looks at how our presence can touch, move and displace our notions of reality.

Katherine Joyce-Kellaway has a Master of Fine Arts with distinction from Massey University College of Creative Arts, Wellington.
Katherine comes from a theatre background, working with Wellington institutions, BATS, Young & Hungry and Capital E and there has been a natural progression from Katherine’s theatre background into installation art. Through theatrical techniques and manipulation of space she creates visceral, bodily and immersive experiences.
